
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm will
be processed that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 48
hours pending availability and credit authorization. Orders placed
Monday - Friday after 3pm will be processed the following business
day.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been
shipped. This confirmation will include a tracking number for your
package so you can track the status of your item.

If you are not happy with your purchase, returns and exchanges are
accepted on all full price items that have not been worn, altered
or washed, and have original tags attached. You will receive a full
refund less shipping costs. . All returns
be accompanied with a Return Authorization # issued by info@citizenrose.com
and
be received within 14-days of the purchase date. Please be sure
to send returns back to us promptly once receiving your RA # as
we require receipt of your return within the 14-day period. Please
seal the box securely and write the Return Authorization # that
has been assigned to you on the outside of the box. This will ensure
that your return/exchange is handled properly. We will notify you
via email once your return/exchange has been processed.
